What's Coming In 2020?
Last year I had a set schedule for post topics. I always posted on Wednesdays at 6:00 AM, and that is not going to change. But, I am changing the set topics. I was posting on: Nutrition, Fitness, Travel, and Writing, and on the fifth Wednesday I just picked topics. This year, I'm going to pick topics that I feel will be a benefit or interest to my readers. Fitness and nutrition will still be major topics, but travel and writing will be only when I come across something new and exciting.
I tried an experiment and posted monthly affirmations. This is going to be dropped as there didn't seem to be much interest in these. If I hear a lot of comments, I could add them back in, but they do take a considerable amount of time to create. If you are interested in monthly affirmations, I suggest you check out the Proctor Gallagher Institute website where they do post monthly affirmations.
So, What Can You Expect?
So, there are no weekly themes, so what can you expect to see? Well, for the rest of January, I'm going to talk about goal setting for the year, and in December, we'll take a look at reviewing your goals and starting to plan them for the next year. I have a theme set for February; I'm going to look at one of the programs I offer called “Standing Firm.” This is a shorter program that takes about four weeks to complete, and I'll look at how to decide if the program is right for you. March, I'm going to look at some summer travel ideas! In August, it's time to start thinking about the holidays! (I know, it's getting earlier and earlier, but I want you to think about preparing for them!)
I haven't laid out the rest of the themes for the year yet, and I'm always looking for ideas. Some of the things I'm thinking about are:
- Workout Programs
- Meal Planning
- Winter Travel
- Writing And Journaling
And I'm always looking for additional ideas!
What Would You Like?
While I do have some specific ideas on what I would like to write about, this blog is for you! What do you think I should write about? What topics do you feel you need to learn more about? One of my favorite things is researching these posts!
